Primary Membership $536 annually (prorated).  Includes membership in the Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Secondary Membership $225 annually (prorated)

Affiliate Membership Non-Licensed member  $225 annually (prorated)

Institute Affiliate Membership CCIM/SIOR dues paying member.  Industry organization sends CBOR $25.  Must pay an additional $200 directly to CBOR for full membership.

Alliance Membership: Discounted membership rates available for current REALTORS® of 20+ other Michigan associations (if relationship has been established).  Click here for a current list of all Alliances.  Alliance memberships include both CBOR and CPIX membership.

No board/Association dues are refundable upon membership acceptance by the Board of Directors. By becoming and remaining a member and by my signature below, I agree to submit to arbitration by the Board’s/Association’s facilities all disputes with any other REALTOR® as defined by the Code of Ethics and as set forth in the provisions of the NAR Ethics and Arbitration Manual, as revised. I hereby certify that all statements included in this application are true and correct to the best of my ability. Misrepresentations may be grounds for denial of membership.

CBOR is excited to present our first annual CBOR Career Jump Start program event on March 28th (details are located in the event section).  This program is a result of a grant received from the National Association of REALTORS that will allow us to mentor and train  new commercial real estate professionals.  The training is very basic and ideal for those that are considering transitioning into commercial.  Our approved commercial continuing education classes will compliment this basic training.   Coming soon:  we will also be adding a page to the website that will contain FAQ’s and job postings for those that have just entered into the industry.
