Bricks & Mortar Group Sells Muskegon Marijuana Facility – Property Sold to Become Grow & Processing Business

Waterford, MI: Bricks + Mortar Group, a Michigan female-owned and operated real estate company, specializing in property zoned for marijuana use, is excited to announce their latest sale. Bricks + Mortar Group sold the Muskegon grow and processing facility, with the sale price of $250,000, on April 24th. Stephanie Goodman, owner of Bricks + Mortar Group, acted as the agent in the sale.

The property sold includes 20 acres of vacant land, two class C grow permits, and one processing permit. It is located on North Maple Island Road in Muskegon, a large city in West Michigan. The grow and processing facility will help supply cannabis products to the 1.4 million Michigan residents who live within 60 miles of the location.

After Michigan’s recent decision to allow both medical and recreational marijuana businesses, the demand is rising for city-approved property on which to place the facilities. Many municipalities are approving new marijuana business applications, as the tax revenue can be highly beneficial to cities.
