February 28, 2018 – Southfield, MI – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of the 19,000 square foot former Haberman Fabrics building, located at 905 South Main Street in downtown Royal Oak, Michigan.

Robert Badgero, Senior Vice President, and Steven Badgero, Vice President of Colliers International represented the seller, Sam Haberman, while Peter E. Kepic, Principal, and Peter J. Kepic, Senior Vice President, represented the buyers, David and Jennifer Dilley (9 Zero 5, LLC) in the sale. Construction will begin immediately on 905 South Main Street, allowing Bright Ideas Furniture to relocate 1 half mile south from their original retail space at 220 South Main Street.
The new owners, represented again by the Badgeros and Kepics, have leased 3,575 square feet of the new space to their soon-to-be tenant, Orange Theory Fitness (Woodward Fitness, LLC). Bright Ideas Furniture will occupy the remaining available square footage in the building.

The Dilleys’ original 20,000 square foot retail space at 220 South Main Street is now being marketed by Robert and Steven Badgero and is available for lease. They hope to further develop this space, depending on the attracted clients, by adding 2 floors and expanding to 33,000 square feet to better suit the future tenant.
