CBOR, with 700+ members, provides Michigan’s commercial real estate practitioners with industry-related professional services and benefits. One of CBOR’s greatest member benefits is, the statewide commercial property information exchange platform. CPIX is a commercial marketing platform that averages over 17,000+ commercial properties available for sale or lease. Coupled with 17+ years of property history, CPIX allows professionals the ability to analyze local market statistical trends.  CPIX is governed and operated by the CBOR Board of Directors, and offers a state, national, and international public interface.

CPIX, powered by Catylist Commercial Real Estate Technology, provides options for Economic Development including membership, Catylist EDCLink, and regional data exports. The Detroit Regional Partnership covers Oakland, Genesee, Lapeer, Shiawassee, Lenawee, St. Clair, Livingston, Washtenaw, Macomb, Wayne, and Monroe counties. CPIX member data will be updated nightly on the Detroit Regional Partnership’s website.
