CBOR Swears in Several New Directors for 2015, Several Terms End.

Incoming Michigan Association President, Gene Szpeinski, swore in 2015 CBOR Directors at CBOR’s annual general membership meeting and cocktail reception held at Crystal Gardens in Howell on November 3rd.

New directors taking a seat as a result of the 2014 election include Cyd Debol of Swisher Commercial in Ann Arbor, Anthony Jablonski of First Commercial in Southfield, Terry Bixler of ROC Real Estate in Plymouth, and Brenda Brow of Smith & Company in Sault Sainte Marie.

Jon Gordon of Gordon Real Estate in Ann Arbor and Gregg Nathanson of Couzens Lansky in Farmington Hills both ran successfully for re-election.
Directors leaving on December 31, 2014 include Mason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani in Troy, Matt Farrell of CORE Partners in Birmingham, Anthony Sanna of Integra Realty Resources in Birmingham, and Gene Szpeinski of Signature Associates in Grand Rapids.

2015 Executive Officers have also been named: Gretchen Witherspoon of Trademark Commercial in Saginaw will hold the seat of President, Jon Gordon of Gordon Real Estate in Ann Arbor will be the 2016 Incoming President, and Scott Griffith of ERA Griffith Realty in Brighton will be the 2014 Past President. The Treasurer seat will be determined as current Treasurer, Jon Gordon, transistions into his Incoming President position.

Other Directors include Eric Banks of CORE Partners in Birmingham, Gary Barton of The Barton Group in Lawton, Larry Harwood of Q10/Lutz Financial in Birmingham, Mark Mitchell of Cooper Commercial in Flint, and David Plumley of Principal Associates in Southfield.
