SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—April 19, 2018 Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 8,390 square feet of medical space located at 32932 Warren Road, Westland, Michigan.

Steve Gordon and Jason Stough of Signature Associates represented the landlord, HAMCO, Inc. Jason Stough also represented the tenants, St. Mary Mercy Hospital and Covenant Community Care. The landlord is a local real estate owner and client of Signature’s who has multiple properties in Metro Detroit. The two hospital systems who partnered on the lease of this property will create a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Westland. The goal is to provide comprehensive health services in a medically underserved community and to low-income individuals and families.
