SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—March 22, 2018 Signature Associates has negotiated the investment sale of 41,056 square feet of medical space located at 3169 Beecher, Flint, Michigan. 3169 Beecher is one of the assets seized by the federal government in a fraud case against a Flint area investor.

Grant Bruce and Chris Secontine of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Treasure Enterprise, LLC, and the purchaser, Beecher Medical Building, LLC. O’Keefe is the federal court receiver for this property. Signature Associates has a long and successful relationship with O’Keefe in the sale of nearly a dozen assets. The purchaser is an investor owner with whom Signature has previously sold, leased, and resold 24901 Northwestern in Southfield.
